Order preparation and delivery

Order preparation: 1–3 business days.
During the holiday period, order preparation may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time from dispatch:
– By courier (DPD): 1–2 business days
– To parcel machines (DPD Pickup, Omniva, Venipak, Smartposti): 1–3 business days

The total time from placing an order to receiving it – up to 4–5 business days.
During the holiday period, the time may be longer due to an increased volume of shipments.

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

2. Personal data protection

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of executing the order. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for executing the order of the goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 Provide complete, detailed and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.2. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided to the Seller, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods, in accordance with the provisions set out in paragraph 8 of these rules.

3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Rules of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Rights and obligations of the Seller.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to the Buyer's personal information and not to transfer it to third parties.

4.3. The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or completely discontinue the website without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

5.1. The Buyer may place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

5.2. Orders are accepted using the order forms available at www.homeeasy.lt. All prices for goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

5.4. The Buyer may pay for the goods:

5.4.2. By VISA/MASTERCARD cards

5.5. The shipment is prepared only after receiving payment for the goods.

6. Delivery of goods.

6.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.

6.3. The Goods are delivered to the Buyer using DPD couriers to the home and DPD Pick-up parcel machines, Omniva parcel machines.

6.4. The Goods are prepared for the Buyer within 1-3 business days after payment.

6.5. In Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 1-5 business days. The delivery time of the goods abroad varies, please contact the Seller personally for delivery terms.

6.7. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for failure to meet the delivery terms of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in a damaged package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.

6.8. The Buyer must e-mail the Seller photos of the damaged parcel and/or goods.

6.9. If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the Buyer's fault for an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the Seller without being collected from the parcel locker within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller the costs of re-shipping, and if the goods were returned from the parcel locker or courier - to cover the Seller and the costs of returning the goods. If the Buyer refuses to accept the shipment again (i.e. demands a refund for the goods), the money for shipping is not returned to the Buyer.

7. Quality of the goods, condition

7.1. All data on the goods sold on www.homeeasy.lt are indicated in the description of the goods for each item.

7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos do not always correspond to the price of the goods - the price of more than one unit of goods may be shown. The color of the goods, depending on the monitor used by the Buyer, may vary slightly.

7.3. The Seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the description of the goods.

8. Return and exchange of goods

9. Marketing and information.

9.1. The Seller www.homeeasy.lt may organize various promotions and offers.

9.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the promotions, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the promotion shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

9.3. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the Seller's e-shop via the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section.

10. Final provisions.

10.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. These Rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
